CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULES BY CUSTOMER

• Cancellation requests received within 48 hours of registration would be offered a full refund. After 48 hours and up to ten (10) calendar days prior to the training, your refund will be processed after deducting 10% (of the Standard Fee of the course) as cancellation charges.
• Cancellation requests received less than ten (10) calendar days to the training would not be offered a refund.
• Reschedule requests received less than five (5) calendar days to the training would be credited to a future training but with an additional payment of 10% (of the standard fee for the course) as reschedule charges. Reschedule requests received greater than five (5) calendar days would be credited to a future training program without any charges. The future training program must be selected within sixty (60) days of the reschedule request date. Thereafter, the period would be considered lapsed with no refunds.
• Within 48 hours of registration and before accumulating 1 Hour of training, full refund or transfer to another online course.
• After 48 hours of training and accumulating 1 Hour of training, no refund.
• Refunds may or may not incur a 5% deduction due to bank charges applicable during the refund process.
• Please note that if you do not notify in writing about your cancellation or reschedule, or do not attend, you would not be offered a refund, and neither will the amount be credited to a future training.

CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULES BY EDUKADO

• Edukado reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class at any time, including but not limited to, insufficient registrations, classroom or trainer unavailability, or if the trainer could not attend due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Edukado is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or special damages that may be incurred due to a cancellation of a scheduled class, including, but not limited to cancellation penalties owing to transportation or accommodation arrangements.
• Registrants would not be charged for the training and would be offered full credit to a future workshop or full refund as per the wish of the registrant.
